By creating an account, accessing, or using LeadTrack (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use LeadTrack only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or spam;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the Service;
• harass, abuse, or infringe on the rights of others; or
• interfere with the security or availability of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We aim to keep LeadTrack available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and factors beyond our control may cause downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance when practical.

LeadTrack owns the Service, its code, designs, and brand assets. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadTrack's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you are on a free plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for extended inactivity, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadTrack's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
