Privacy Policy

LeadTrack collects the information necessary to operate the CRM for your organization:

• Lead data: names, email addresses, phone numbers, source identifiers, tags, notes, and any other fields submitted through connected web forms, CSV imports, or entered manually.
• Account data: email address, full name, role, and organization membership. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth; we never store plaintext passwords in our database.
• Activity data: actions taken on leads, including stage changes, assignments, edits, notes, tasks, notifications, and audit-log entries.
• Technical data: browser type, request headers, and IP addresses collected indirectly through standard server logs.

We use your data to provide the LeadTrack service: route leads through pipelines, assign work to team members, generate analytics and reports, maintain a history of changes, send in-app notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

• All data is stored in Supabase databases hosted in the European Union.
• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS on every request.
• Data is encrypted at rest by Supabase's underlying infrastructure.
• Each organization's data is isolated by Row Level Security policies scoped to your organization_id.

LeadTrack is multi-tenant. Your leads, pipelines, team members, and activity history are scoped to your organization. Row Level Security policies enforce that users from other organizations cannot read, modify, or delete your data.

We keep your data while your organization account is active. You can delete individual leads, pipelines, notes, and tasks from within the application. To request deletion of an entire organization and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@leadtrack.vector8labs.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
